I'm an attorney and fractional general counsel at my own firm, and a former venture-backed startup founder, based in Mill Valley, California. I've been deep into AI since ChatGPT launched. I'm the inaugural chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association's AI and the Law section, and I advise companies on the intersection of technology, AI, and legal strategy.
To better understand what my clients are building, I dove headfirst into vibe coding. The more I built, the more SaaS tools I racked up: Supabase, Render, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, PostHog. The list kept growing. And I kept losing track of what I was paying for, when things renewed, and where to even find them all.
